Return & Exchange Policy

We DO NOT accept returns. We WILL accept exchanges for another item of equal or lesser value, or for a store credit of equal value. You can use your store credit at any time. We DO NOT give refunds on our merchandise. There are no exceptions. If you want to exchange your item, then you are responsible for all shipping costs related to the processing of your exchange. We only accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Webig website in its original packaging, tags included. 

We DO NOT accept returns for hats that you think aren't perfect. All of our hats are made to order. They are all made by hand in the USA. They are not manufactured in massive factories using computerized sewing machines. Because of this, sometimes logos can be slightly crooked. We actually prefer slight imperfections on our hats...we believe it gives them character. We inspect every hat that gets shipped out. So if you received it....then it met our standards of what we think looks good. We are sure you will love our hats....but if you don't then please just give your unwanted hats to a friend or anyone you think might wear them. Or you can ship them back to us to exchange them for a different item. Or you can ask for a store credit.
