Shipment Delivery Information

Please note that if you need your shipments to be delivered on time, and on a specific date, then you will need to select one of the UPS Air shipping options at checkout. USPS does not guarantee shipments to be delivered by the quoted time.

Please add 2 days processing time on to your shipping timeline. It can take us up to 2 days to ship out orders depending on how busy we are. If you purchase overnight UPS Air shipping.....then we will our best to get your order out in 1 day. 

We do not give refunds for orders that are late or delayed during shipping. 

We do not give refunds for packages that have been lost or stolen after delivery. Our responsibility stops as soon as the customers package has been scanned as "delivered" by the shipping company. 

Please allow for processing time when you are placing your order. Most orders are shipped out on the next business day, but some orders can take up to 3 business days to process and ship out.
