PLEASE READ! Shipment Delivery Advice

Please note that if you need your shipments to be delivered on time, and on a specific date, then you will need to select one of the UPS Air shipping options at checkout. USPS does not guarantee shipments to be delivered by the quoted time. And most of their shipments arrive much later than the shipping times that they quote. 

Please add 1 to 2 days processing time on to your shipping timeline. It can take us up to 2 days to ship out orders depending on how busy we are, and how big the order is. This is especially true during the holidaysl If you purchase UPS 1 or 2 Day Air shipping before 3pm Pacific Standard Time.....then we will ship your order out that same day. 

We do not give refunds for orders that are late or delayed during shipping. 

We do not give refunds for packages that have been lost or stolen after delivery. Our responsibility stops as soon as the customers package has been scanned as "delivered" by the shipping company. If your order is lost or stolen, then please call the customer service numbers of shipping company you used and they can hopefully help you find your missing package. You can file a missing package claim and they can hopefully help you find your order. All carriers, including USPS ground advantage, have lost or damaged package insurance that you can claim.

Please allow for processing time when you are placing your order. Most UPS Ground and USPS Priority orders are shipped out the same day, or by the next business day......BUT orders that purchase USPS Ground Advantage can take up to 3 business days to process and ship out.
